I first read about “Joining The New Rich” from Tim Ferriss’ The 4 Hour Work Week (amazon).
It was all about how to outsource your life.
One of the key secrets to the 4 hour work week was how the author, Tim, started a profitable online business.
It’s hard to believe looking back now, but I had no idea regular people were making money online.
And from that moment on I knew I would spend my life creating a life of freedom for myself and my family with the internet.
My goal was simple… Make a full time income from the internet working just a few hours per week. For me that just meant at least $10,000 per month quickly.
The only problem was I had no idea where to get started and the idea of selling products online was quite literally terrifying.
So I started buying and trying everything that I could get my hands on.
In fact I spent well over 100k on training products, coaching and different services.
But no matter what I purchased, what I tried I just couldn’t scratch the surface of success.
And to be honest, for those first 21 months I felt like a complete failure…
I like to call this the “internet marketing rat race”
